1on1 Personal Training: Designed specifically to clients personal fitness goals. We will approach each workout with training methods that will focus directly on your needs an abilities that will allow you to get the most out of every workout.

Price: $50 per session

Small Group Personal Training: Designed for 2-3 people in the group that have similar fitness goals and are looking to train with a friend or two.

Group of 2: $30 a person/per session

Group of 3: $25 a person/per session

Functional Training Class: Train with a group of people in a fun atmosphere. This class is designed for adults looking to improve their fitness. There will be two forms of the workout, Advanced and Scaled, which allows all fitness levels to participate.

**Multiple class times scheduled every day of the week. 5:30pm

Unlimited Monthly: $100

Drop-in: $15
